Frequently Asked Questions
Who Is It Suitable For?
These programmes are designed for:
• Beginners with little or no sewing experience
• Individuals exploring fashion as a new creative passion
• Professionals considering a transition into fashion design
• Aspiring designers who want to strengthen their technical skills
• Creatives who want to learn how garments are constructed and developed
No previous fashion training is required — just curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn.
What Equipment Do I Need?
For online cohorts, you will need:
• A working sewing machine
• Basic sewing tools (scissors, pins, measuring tape, ruler)
• Pattern drafting paper
• Access to stable internet for live sessions
For in-person cohorts, all specialist drafting tools are available in-studio, though you are welcome to bring your own.
A full materials list is sent upon enrolment.
What Happens If I Miss A Session?
All online sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students for the duration of the programme.
In-person sessions cannot be repeated live, but guided practice notes and structured summaries are provided to ensure you remain on track.
Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged, as each session builds progressively.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes. Flexible payment plans are available for most programmes.
Payment plan options are displayed at checkout for each individual course. Your place is secured once your first payment is received.

Is it Accredited?
This programme is not formally accredited. The focus is on developing practical technical skill, precision and garment construction competence through structured training. Students leave with tangible drafting knowledge and constructed garments that reflect their progress. If you are seeking a formally accredited qualification, a college-based programme may be more appropriate.
